We completely redeveloped both websites in tandem with the hosting partner, produced weekly video content and motorcycle inventory photography, managed monthly promotional and event campaigns, and handled paid social placement—all while navigating national brand compliance. With weekly on-site presence at Queen City and virtual strategy sessions with DC, we maintained consistent brand execution across both markets. As the partnership evolved, TGD transitioned to a focused graphic design retainer delivering 18+ monthly concepts across multiple formats. SOCIaL IMPaCT
TGD's social strategy for both Queen City Harley-Davidson and Harley-Davidson of DC in Fort Washington transformed the dealerships from transactional sales pages into a lifestyle destinations. Through consistent video content featuring staff personalities, bike reveals, behind-the-scenes shop culture and planned monthly promotions catering to riders based on season and location, we built a riding community that showed up—both online and at events. Our strategy balanced promotional pushes with authentic moments: new bike rider photos, collaborative bike nights with local riding clubs, bike giveaways and more. Our approach prioritized faces over inventory—and it got noticed. The result: a social presence that set the standard for dealer-level content in the Harley network.
